art'otel 54 rooms interior design 2015 | Budapest art'otel Budapest - belonging to the international "Park Plaza Hotels" corporation with its main office in London - is a beautiful located hotel situated a few steps from the famous chain bridge directly on the right bank of the Danube on a listed World Heritage site right opposite to the Hungarian Parliament. The hotel comprises a modern complex and at its back four baroque buildings which have been reconstructed and retain their original beauty. Being the first lifestyle hotel in the region it is also renowned for exhibiting the artworks from Donald Sultan, a famous American artist. este’r partners was and is repeatedly invited to carry out each of the five individual reconstruction phases diverse in space and time. In the first phase 109 rooms overlooking the Danube had to be refurbished retaining the given artworks and pieces of furniture. Following the distinctive art’otel feeling este’r partners architecture, interior design and construction office designed exceptional items depicting the symbols of Budapest in the conceptual way. The deadlines - which all were met - were extremely short as the rooms belong to the hotel which at the time of the reconstruction was in full service. 2014-2015 este’r partners is refurbishing with its staff all 54 rooms of the important and old historic wing of art’otel after having successfully planned and achieved all necessary permits of the heritage authorities. Here too deadlines are extremely short as the other parts of the hotel are in full service. For an upcoming phase este’r partners successfully was mandated and has planned and reconstructed (i.) the reception space, the bar with the dining area in the restaurant including an open kitchen restaurant (ii.) the fully reconstruction and enlargement of the fitness and wellness complex and (iii.) the transformation of the conference halls in a stylish way. Summarized este’r partners is the general architect, interior designer, project manager and constructor for the total refurbishment of art'otel Budapest.
