A gy\u00e1r\u00e9p\u00fclet egyik kor\u00e1bbi rakt\u00e1r\u00e1nak \u00e1talak\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1ra kaptunk megb\u00edz\u00e1st azzal a c\u00e9llal, hogy a Zwack Unicum \u00fajdons\u00e1gainak bemutat\u00e1s\u00e1ra alkalmas k\u00f3stol\u00f3terem, az \u00fagynevezett \u201eF\u00fcves B\u00e1r\u201d kialakulhasson. \nA t\u00e9r hangulat\u00e1t alapj\u00e1ban befoly\u00e1solj\u00e1k a gy\u00e1r\u00e9p\u00fclet adotts\u00e1gai, a k\u00fcl\u00f6nlegesen alacsony belmagass\u00e1g, a ritmikus ablakrendszer \u00e9s a helyis\u00e9g megk\u00f6zel\u00edthet\u0151s\u00e9ge. Ezeket a karakterjegyeket c\u00e9lunk volt az \u00e1talak\u00edt\u00e1s sor\u00e1n meg\u0151rizni. A b\u00e1r v\u00e9g\u00e9ben megnyitott \u00e9s \u00fcveggel helyettes\u00edtett fal a f\u0171szerrakt\u00e1rba enged \u00e1tl\u00e1t\u00e1st, \u00edgy k\u00f3stol\u00e1s k\u00f6zben l\u00e1thatjuk az Unicum titkos alapanyagait zs\u00e1kokba rendezve. A t\u00e9r k\u00f6zponti eleme a mobil b\u00e1rpult, ek\u00f6r\u00fcl tartj\u00e1k a k\u00f3stol\u00f3kat. A k\u00e9nyelmes asztalok, sz\u00e9kek, sz\u00f3f\u00e1k \u00e9s egy f\u00fcggesztett fotel kellemes hangulatot teremtenek a helyis\u00e9g \u00e9tteremk\u00e9nt, b\u00e1rk\u00e9nt \u00e9s rendezv\u00e9nyteremk\u00e9nt val\u00f3 haszn\u00e1lat\u00e1hoz. Az egyedi tervez\u00e9s\u0171 polcrendszerek, r\u00e9zcs\u0151b\u0151l kialak\u00edtott l\u00e1mpacsoportok is az ipari jelleget hangs\u00falyozz\u00e1k. A f\u00e9mpolcon elhelyezett sz\u00ednes \u00fcvegek a gy\u00e1ri labor eredeti darabjai.
