A 18. sz\u00e1zadban \u00e9p\u00fclt, jelenleg m\u0171eml\u00e9ki v\u00e9detts\u00e9get \u00e9lvez\u0151 villa a sv\u00e1jci v\u00e1ros kertv\u00e1rosi r\u00e9sz\u00e9n tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3, egy katolikus templom k\u00f6zvetlen szomsz\u00e9ds\u00e1g\u00e1ban. Az elm\u00falt 50 \u00e9vben a katolikus egyh\u00e1z tulajdon\u00e1ban \u00e1llt a villa, az \u00faj tulajdonosa a XVI.
