Once an office space, the property has been completely transformed for short-term rental use — the client’s goal was to create a stylish yet welcoming home that immediately captivates its guests.

With three bedrooms and a spacious living area, the apartment combines bold gestures with a soft, harmonious design language. Drawing from the studio’s decades of experience in hotel design, the interiors feature custom-made pieces, repurposed vintage paintings, and eye-catching decorative details — elements that give the space its distinctive charm.
